PARIMATCH KYC VERIFICATION

KYC verification is a simple process of validating your identity so that you can enjoy all the full benefits available on the platform. This process is set up to make sure that your account has an additional layer of protection just as we also adher to the regulatory requirements.

This is a one-time process. Once you have validated your identity once, you do not have to do it again.

How can I verify my KYC?

The KYC process can be completed in a matter of minutes. All you have to do is send some personal documents to us and our team will action accordingly.

1. Send any one of the following documents to support@parimatch.ng
   • National Identity Card (front side + back side t) - 3 files to upload.
   • Digital NIN Slip - hard copy or digital (front + back side  (can be printed or with hard copy) - 3 files to upload. [Learn how to get your digital NIN]
   • Voter’s ID Card (front side + back side) - 3 files to upload.
   • International Passport (open book format photo of the document /all 4 corners visible) - 2 files to upload.
   • Driver’s license (front side + back side + Selfie with Document) - 3 files to upload.
2. Our customer support team will immediately review your documents and then update your Parimatch account as "KYC Verified". 

TIP: Ensure that the documents being sent are clear and show all the details required to verify your account. 

In a few situations, additional verification may be required. This may require you to provide us with any of the following documents;

• Bank Statement (issued within the last 3 months) with full name and address matching to personal data mentioned in the account - 1 file to upload.
• Utility Bill ( issued within the last 3 months) with full name and address matching to personal data mentioned in the account - 1 file to upload.

Once you have gone through KYC verification, you will not have to do this again as long as the documents you provided remain valid.
